My love for soccer started at 7 where I started playing at school. From this I went on to play for local teams as well as representing my district and county until the age of 18.
I have officiated (referee assistant or 4th official) in over 300 games at professional level in England. I retired in 2016.
I always wanted to work in soccer and began my coaching journey at 17. Since then I have coached a variety of ages and worked at a number of EPL and EFL clubs as a coach or in Talent ID.
I have been involved in the Junior Premier League for a number of years. I really want to make a difference in the experience players, parents, coaches and referees have in youth soccer. Fundamentally having a great environment where players can develop and enjoy themselves in a safe environment whilst being able to express themselves on the pitch.
